Dancing Penguin Mirrorball
Classic black-and-white polygon penguins hold a late-night rave beneath a spinning disco mirror ball. Sixteen colored point lights orbit the ball at high speed; as each light sweeps past the ball’s flat mirror tiles it triggers a sharp specular flash, casting sweeping beams of saturated color across the dance floor and the crowd.
The mirror ball is a flatShading: true sphere with near-zero roughness (metalness: 1.0, roughness: 0.015). Each triangular face acts as a discrete mirror tile. The higher the segment count, the finer and more numerous the tile flashes. All beam lights pulse in staggered rhythms so the light never feels static.
Each penguin is built from flat-shaded primitives: an egg-shaped body (scaled sphere), a round head, a white belly oval, short flippers, and wide orange feet. Every penguin picks one of four club dance moves at spawn time.
